PHILANTHROPY

I have been performing for visually impaired students since the beginning of my career.   Music has always been so important in my life: if I was blind, I think it would mean even more to me, so I have always tried to reach out to visually impaired students.  Over the years I have worked with Perkins School for the Blind, The Chicago Lighthouse and Junior Blind of America - these shows have always been very inspiring to me.

Jazz pianist and composer Lisa Hilton took the stage at Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, Massachusetts to bring her music to 100 students, staff and guests on Friday, October 16, 2015. She debuted new compositions from the forthcoming album, "Nocturnal".
